64. Wavering

"She did end up finishing the painting, the one now hanging beside her bed. It looks much different from the photograph she started with, though. Angles skewed, features softened, made more beautiful. Colors brighter, shadows softer, lines not readily understood. I know she likes this version better, though, better than the picture itself. Sometimes we cling to things slightly out of focus."

62. Midnight in Paris

Officially going to be spending New Year's in PARIS!! I can't wait to go back and take pictures and eat macaroons and wear fun outfits and be with the fam! I've also never been to Paris in the winter so I cannot WAIT to be inspired. I'm already lost in snowy street, hotel lobby, fur coat, pastel ribboned fantasies in my head!
